The Education and Credentials of Dr. Jessica Peatross


Dr. Jessica Peatross is a well-educated and accomplished doctor of internal medicine. She has spent years building a reputation as a knowledgeable and trustworthy doctor in Kentucky. Dr. Jessica Peatross studied medicine in Kentucky, and she has worked in the state since finishing her residency. 

Earning a bachelor’s of arts in biology from the University of Louisville, Dr. Jessica Peatross went on to medical school there as well. Dr. Jessica Peatross then did her residency at the University of Louisville from 2006 to 2009. She was then able to secure a position as a Norton Healthcare hospitalist, where she was employed from 2009 to 2013. Just because Dr. Jessica Peatross finished school does not mean she has finished learning. She constantly is searching for the newest information in her field, and she makes sure she is always up to date on cutting edge medicine. 

Dr. Jessica Peatross has also earned many honors on her path to becoming a well-respected doctor. She was a member of Alpha Epsilon Delta, a medical honor society. While in medical school, Dr. Jessica Peatross received honors in neuroscience, pediatrics, and internal medicine rotations. While at Norton Healthcare, Dr. Jessica Peatross was ranked fourth in patient approval ratings among her group of physicians, and she had a 99% approval rating as a Norton inpatient specialist. Dr. Jessica Peatross was also a part of a core measurement team at Norton Healthcare where she worked on congestive heart failure measures and COPD re-admissions.

Her education and accomplishments prove that Dr. Jessica Peatross is a trustworthy and excellent doctor. Education is very important to Dr. Jessica Peatross. That is why she is determined to continue educating herself on all aspects of her industry throughout her career. Patients will not get better care from any other internist.
